Description

Wake up and start your week with Brenda for this awesome total body strength and conditioning workout. There will be a variety of options available that will fit all fitness levels. Weather permitting, some classes will be offered outside to enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise!  (Note: Always report to Lund 224 for warm up and then we may go outside).
