Yoga cultivates mindfulness through movement and breath. Experienced yoga practitioners will lead the community in a gentle yoga practice. Come as you are, no need to change. Mats provided. Join the Sabbath Challenge April 8-May 6. Download the Sabbath Challenge Card or pick one up in offices around campus.
