Description
Pilates is an exercise system which primarily focuses on increasing endurance and flexibility of the abdomen, low back and hips. It uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises. Pilates is considered a mind-body type method of movement and emphasizes deep breathing and smooth, long movements that encourage the muscles to relax and lengthen.
