Midwest Undergraduate Geography Symposium (MUGS 2022)April 23, 2022 at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Gustavus Adolphus College welcomes geographers from the region for an in-person celebration of the wonderful work undergraduate students are conducting across a wide range of topics and institutions. This year, the conference seeks to explore the future of geography and geographers.  Given the multiple crises that afflict us all at varying degrees, it seems crucial that we create critical spaces of reflection to help us collectively imagine more just futures.  To that end, in addition to student research posters and presentations, this year's conference will also include a panel discussion featuring Geography alumni from area colleges and universities.  All are welcome to attend.  Please register by April 8 to attend and/or present your research.
