Want to feel better, reduce your stress and enjoy your life a little more?

All Gustavus Community members are invited to experience Mindfulness Meditation with Gustavus expert John Cha. Every Tuesday throughout the spring semester, Professor Cha will begin instruction at 8:00am for anyone who is new or who has questions. Meditation will begin at 8:15 and last for approximately 30 minutes.

Mindfulness is an intentional non-judgemental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations in the present moment. This mindfulness can be learned through meditational practices derived from Buddhist anapanasati.

Everyone is welcome.
