Making the Game
Transform your passion for sports into a meaningful career with the sport management major or minor at Gustavus Adolphus. Designed to explore the complexities and functions of professional, international, collegiate, youth, and community sports.
The multidisciplinary and holistic approach at Gustavus incorporates critical considerations of ethics, diversity, equity, and inclusion in sports, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the field. You will also develop applied skills in facilities and event management, sports writing, economics of sport, and more. You'll take courses from a variety of academic departments, including communication studies, business and economics, and health and exercise science.
