New Faculty Orientation Day

 
 

All new faculty at Gustavus are expected to attend a day-long orientation session sponsored by the John S. Kendall Center for Engaged Learning. New faculty members are introduced to the history and traditions of the College, as well as provided the opportunity to learn about various support services offered by the institution.

The New Faculty Programming Faculty Associate for 2009-2010 is Paul Saulnier.

9:10 to 9:30 a.m. Welcome
9:30 to 9:45 a.m. Overview of the day
9:45 to 10:30 a.m. Small Group Discussions
10:30 to 10:45 a.m. Break
10:45 to 11:50 a.m. Campus Tour
11:50 to Noon Break
Noon to 1:30 p.m. Lunch and Discussion with Faculty/Staff
1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Campus Office Visits
3:30 to 3:45 p.m. Wrap Up, Questions, Evaluating the Day
