Cost
Cost of the tour is $4,855 per person.
This cost includes the flight and is based on double occupancy.

Single room additional fee $791.
Land Only Cost is $3,420.

Cost is based on a set number of travelers and may decrease slightly if actual number of travelers exceeds estimate and increase slightly if actual number of travelers is lower than estimate.

A 3% fee is applied if trip balance is paid by credit card.

Payment Schedule
$500 per person (non-refundable) - Due: With Registration
50% of total tour costs - Due: February 1, 2015
Remaining balance - Due: May 31, 2015

Amount paid is % of total tour cost, not the balance owed. The per person deposit is utilized for tour booking expenses, and is therefore non-refundable upon receipt.

Cancellation Schedule
$500 per person (non-refundable)
50% per person, of total tour costs is non-refundable after February 1, 2015
100% per person, of total tour costs is non-refundable after June 5, 2015

 
In addition to these specified costs any airline penalties incurred are also non-refundable.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed with MCI Travel.  The date such notification is received by MCI is the cancellation date. 

 

Gustavus retains the right to cancel the tour on April 1, 2015 if interest and participation levels are not high enough to support the cost of a group tour.

 

Tour Inclusions
AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION: Round-trip transportation from Minneapolis by scheduled airline carrier. Air fares are subject to change pending space availability at the time of group booking. Includes up to $650 for U.S. Government airline taxes, fees, and estimated fuel surcharge.

COACH TRANSPORTATION: Local modern deluxe motorcoach transportation within Europe upon arrival and available for the entire tour.

FERRY TRANSPORTATION: Ferry from Split to Hvar and from Hvar to Sucuraj (the port en route to Dubrovnik).

ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotel accommodations in superior tourist-class (4-star) hotels chosen for location, reputation,cleanliness, and service. The price is based on double occupancy, all rooms with private facilities. All hotels mentioned in this quote are used as reference only and are subject to availability at group rates at the time of booking. MEALS: Daily breakfast, four lunches, and seven dinners are included (as noted in the Tour itinerary). Please note that breakfast is not included on day of arrival and dinner is not included on day of departure.

ENTRANCE FEES: The following Entrance fees are included: Strossmayer Gallery (Gallery of the Old Masters), War Tunnel Museum, Diocletian’s Palace, Hvar Fortress, Dubrovnik City Walls, Cetinje Monastery

TOUR ITINERARIES: Electronic versions of the tour itinerary are available listing hotel addresses, telephone numbers, and web addresses.

TOUR MANAGEMENT: One full-time, multi-lingual Tour Manager will be on each motorcoach through the entire tour. MCI’s European office staff is easily available 24 hours daily (even on weekends) to render assistance whenever needed.

EXCURSIONS: Conducted by licensed, professional guides as outlined in the day-by-day Tour itinerary.

GRATUITIES: Tips to Tour Manager(s), licensed guides, motorcoach driver(s), and hotel personnel (including meals) are included.

TRAVEL NOTES: Pre-departure Travel Notes are available to each participant containing useful information about travel preparation, destination information, useful packing and cultural conditioning suggestions.
