New Room Reservation System...The campus is moving to a new room request/reservation system, which is called ReServe. An important part of the new system is that all email correspondence about a room request will be managed within the system. Thus, emails about room reservations will come from @mail.reservecloud.com. We cannot change this to a Gustavus address. Some offices are starting to use the new system. Therefore, please trust and open emails from this address. For now, room requests should be made to the person in each building responsible for managing requests. This list can be found at gustavus.edu/events/reserve.

Library hours for Thanksgiving week... 8 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Tuesday November 20 and Wednesday, November 21. Thursday, November 22 - Saturday, November 24: Closed. Sunday, 6 p.m. - 1 a.m. November 25.

Ushers for Christmas in Christ Chapel...Usher help is needed to assist guests at Christmas in Christ Chapel. With the reserved seating option being new this year, we would like some additional help. You can stay and watch the Worship Service or leave when it begins. To volunteer, please contact Ann Volk in Marketing at 507-933-7520 or avolk@gustavus.edu. Thank you for your consideration.

Donation request...Gustavus employees who would like to donate paid time off/vacation hours to a fellow employee who is on an approved FMLA leave, and will run out of paid time off (PTO) prior to the end of the leave, may access the donation form here and submit the form to the Payroll area in the Finance office.

Saint Peter Weekly Newsletter...As we continue to find ways to strengthen our partnership with the City of Saint Peter we would like to share this link to their weekly newsletter. Be sure to read it for the latest information about the greater Saint Peter community.
