Commencement Tickets...In the event that weather moves commencement indoors, attendees will need tickets to enter Lund Arena. Students can pick up their three tickets at the Office of Marketing and Communication, which is located in the Lundgren House near Norelius Hall, May 26-28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students can also pick up tickets at the Campus Information Desk in Jackson Campus Center from 1 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 30 and from 9 a.m. until noon on Sunday, May 31.

Parking Announcements...Permit parking enforcement continues through Commencement. Please park according to permit color and note that parking is enforced during finals and Senior Week. Summer parking begins June 1. Vehicles on campus may park in any red or green permit space after Commencement through August 24, when we ask all employees and returning students to park according to permit color. Visitor parking is closed to students and staff at all times and is always enforced 24/7/365. Specially marked parking spaces (handicap, special permit, etc) are also always enforced. Student (red) permit registration for 2015-2016 parking passes will be available online beginning June 22. This cycle of employee (green) permits are valid 2013-2016, so employees with a valid green permit will not need to register for a new sticker until August 2016.

Volunteers Sought...The Center for International and Cultural Education (CICE) is seeking volunteers for its International Friendship Family Program. Each Gustavus international student is matched with a local family. The family will typically invite the student to their home for dinner, family functions, or trips, and go to events in which the student is involved. It is a great opportunity for the family and the student to share cultures. If interested, please contact Jeff Anderson (x7493 or jeffa@gustavus.edu) in the Center for International and Cultural Education.
