Program Incentive Policy for Faculty and Program Directors
Gustavus created a Program Incentive Policy to encourage faculty and program directors to seek external funding by providing them with additional support. Its purpose is to provide incentives to those individuals who have helped generate indirect costs (facilities and administrative costs) for the College. Faculty receive 25% of the recovered indirect cost amount. Funds can be used to enhance teaching, research and scholarship, or program. More information regarding this policy is available online.
For more information on grants or proposal preparation, contact Bob Weisenfeld in the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations (x7049 or bweis@gustavus.edu).
