New project production steps

Complete project request form

MarCom team will use this to determine the acceptance of your project based on time, budget, and the College’s mission and strategic goals

Partner provides final content for project

MarCom team adds content to the project, including:
—FINAL copy in a Word document format
—Images (EPS, JPG, PNG)
—Note: Writing/editing or photography expertise are available upon request; additional time may be required and additional fees may be incurred

Design concept and first proof

MarCom will share the first proof or design concept with the partner

Partner provides feedback, including necessary edits, before MarCom creates the next proof

Proofing process

1-2 more proofs updated and reviewed, all projects should take no more than 2-3 rounds of proofs

Final approval from partner

At this time, the client fills out the Mailroom Job Form with the appropriate information if it is a mailed piece

Project processed for final production

MarCom sends pieces to printer if it is a printed project

Project is delivered

Print projects delivered to you or the mailroom. (Mailing is the partner's responsibility; Contact Mail Services in advance with questions)

All final pieces will be emailed to you to access at any time

Completed forms will help our team review your request at our next scheduled project review meeting, and following this meeting someone from our team will reach out to discuss next steps.
