Creating your inner grit: Embracing passion and perserverance to gain the high performance edge

Speaker: Dr. Cindra Kamphoff

Dr. Cindra Kamphoff is a celebrated motivational speaker and the Director at the Center of Sport and Performance Psychology for Mankato State University.

Dr. Kamphoff will present "Creating your inner grit: embracing passion and perserverance to gain the high performance edge," sharing valuable strategies to enhance passion, purpose, and performance in both life and work. Drawing from two decades of research and consulting with top professionals, her keynote will offer practical tools for overcoming adversity, boosting energy, and reducing stress.

Join us at 4:30pm for the keynote, followed by a socializing/networking hours at the STEAMery from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This will be an excellent opportunity to engage with Dr. Kamphoff, purchase her books, and connect with Gustie GWiL alumni. Attendees will recieve a complimentary ticket for a drink and as assortment of appetizers with additional drinks available for purchase. Please remember to bring your ID for alcoholic beverages.
