These directions are geared for the Sprint Blackberry 8830.

How do I make the font larger?

1. Click the Options menu
2. Click Screen/Keyboard
3. Adjust the font/text size
4. Click save.

How do I program the left Convenience key?

1. Click the Options menu
2. Click Screen/Keyboard
3. Click Convenience key opens

Inserting the microSD card

Adding an email account

1. Log onto http://sprint.blackberry.com using your Sprint username and password. If you are an employee of the college and do not know your username and password, please contact Bruce Aarsvold.
2. Click on the link that says Add Account.
3. Type in your email address and email password for that account.
4. Wait anywhere from 20 min to a full day to start receiving messages on your Blackberry for that account.
5. Repeat these steps to add another email account.

Wiping BlackBerry to Factory Defaults

1. Log onto http://sprint.blackberry.com using your Sprint username and password. If you are an employee of the college and do not know your username and password, please contact Bruce Aarsvold.
2. Remove any email accounts you have associated with your device.
3. On the Blackberry, go to Settings>Options>Security Options>General Settings and then press the menu button to the left of the trackball, you should see Wipe Handheld as an option in the menu - select it.
4. Follow the prompts - you will need to enter blackberry to verify and complete the wipe.
5. After the Blackberry has finished - restart it.
6. Log onto http://sprint.blackberry.com using your Sprint username and password. If you are an employee of the college and do not know your username and password, please contact Bruce Aarsvold.
7. Add your email account back.
