Resources for TeachersNobel Conference 46

The following lesson plans were developed specifically for the 2010 Nobel Conference on “Making Food Good.” They include an Orientation to Conference Speakers that can be used to learn more about each speaker as well as assess student learning. The four additional lesson plans are tied to specific conference speakers and topics, and include Crop Biodiversity and Seed Bank Activities, Energy Drink Activities, Landsat (a land use plan), and Supertasters.

This curriculum was made possible as a result of the inaugural Gustavus Adolphus College/Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) Outreach Program, which was funded by HHMI.
