Grad Finale

Grad Finale is the time to think about graduation information, services, and products.

Cap and Gown Pick Up - Starts April 12

  • Cap, gown, hood, and tassels are provided at no cost to all Gustavus graduates. Students must be approved for graduation prior to picking up their caps and gowns. 
  • Caps and gowns can be picked up in the Book Mark Monday – Friday from
    8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. beginning on April 12,
    2023.
  • You must complete the Senior Class Survey online before you will be able to pick up your cap and gown. Once completed, you will receive confirmation emails that will need to be shown at the time of pickup. 
    • If you cannot attend Grad Finale, you may pick up your cap and gown in the Book Mark any time before Commencement.
    • If you are currently living off campus and need to have your cap and gown shipped to you, please provide shipping details here.
  • Honor Cords will be distributed separately by departments. Questions about a cord should be directed to the appropriate department.

Online Surveys and Other Important Information

  • Leave your Senior Class Legacy Gift! Your gift says "Thank You" for your unique Gustavus experience and provides for future generations of Gusties! 
  • Complete your Senior Class Survey online. (You will be required to show the confirmation email that this was completed when you pick up your cap and gown.)

Yearbook Head shot Photos

Seniors are encouraged to get their head shot photo to be used in the yearbook. A photo booth will be set-up in the Book Mark during Grad Finale week.
Wednesday, April 12 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Thursday, April 13 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Friday, April 14 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
