Category 1: Where do you hope your language skills will take you and how do you plan on getting there? (Essay in English)

Do you enjoy writing? Do you like learning other languages? Do you want to develop your skills in a second language, or even your native language? Do you have a lower fluency level in a second language, but you dream of using it for something amazing at a much higher level? Do you like prizes?
If you said yes to any of these questions (or even if you said no), this may be the contest for you! The Culpeper Language Learning Center is sponsoring an Essay Contest with two separate categories. One you will write in English, the other category in one of the langauges taught in the Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures department. First place in each category wins a $25 Book Mark Gift Card, a Gustavus Beanie, and a Gustavus 3-ring Binder!
