Looking to change up your cardio routine...then this is the class for you. Each week Stephanie will incorporate different cardio workouts to keep your workouts fresh. Exercises from kickboxing, aerobic dance, Tabata, circuit training. and more. The workouts are tailored for all fitness levels so come give it a try!
