The water is a great place to work out and an excellent way to incorporate some variety into your normal routine! This water class is for participants who are comfortable in the shallow end as well as the deep end. Class will begin Wednesday, Feb. 16.

This class is offered Spring Semester 2011 every Wednesday from 12:40 - 1:20pm.
