Walktober was created to bring awareness of the benefits physical activity has on mental health. Join us during the first three Thursdays in October, anytime between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. to get active and win prizes. Walktober: Mindfulness Walk begins at Lund information desk for instructions and will end in the Peer Education office.
