Walk and Weights

Description Are you looking to get the most out of your workout? Then this is the class for you. The first 20 minutes will be spent getting your heart in shape by walking and the second 20 minutes will be spent stretching and toning your body with weights. The class will meet in the Lund Center forum indoor track but if it is nice out then look for us at the Lund Center outdoor track. If you are only able to join us for the stretching and weights part of class, you should be able to find us in the forum or on the 2nd floor by the machine weights.
