Announcement: Tickets Available for Discovery of Self, A Dance Honors Project
Tickets are now available online at gustavustickets.com or by calling 507-933-7590 for senior Jordan Bergman's Dance honors project, Discovery of Self. Performances will be held in the Black Box Theatre on May 1 and May 2 at 8:00 p.m., with a matinee performance on May 3 at 2 p.m. Gustavus students and staff are entitled to one free ticket for the production. All other tickets are $4. Tickets not sold before the event will be placed on sale one hour prior to curtain at the Black Box box office.
The Discovery of Self is a show about finding who you are under the layers of what society expects of you. A unique blend of dance and visual arts, the dancers explore the concept of self by becoming the brush, sweeping the paint across the dance floor canvas.
