Description
On the tenth anniversary of the death of Matthew Shepard, brutally murdered in Laramie Wyoming because he was gay, the Gustavus Readers Theatre Society will be reading "The Laramie Project."
This world-famous play, written by the members of the Tectonic Theatre Company, is a stunning docu-drama, using the verbatim words of interviews with members of the Laramie community in the aftermath of the attack.
Students, faculty and the general public are encouraged to attend. Feel free to read a role, or just listen. No experience is necessary. An informal discussion will follow and refreshments will be served.
