Identifying and tending to your spiritual life boosts overall wellbeing, fosters a greater sense of meaning and purpose, and improves your resilience in the face of life's challenges. Learning from others who embody religious and spiritual perspectives that are different from your own enhances learning and builds important leadership skills. Through this interactive session, you will connect with resources on campus that can help you explore ways of tending to your own spiritual wellbeing and learn a few specific skills for building relationships with people from diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds.
