NCAA Division III has partnered with Special Olympics to improve the lives of Special Olympic athletes through their involvement with Division III student athletes. The activities pursued by student-athletes vary in each state and region, tailored to best utilize the student-athletes' time and local resources. The Special Olympic event at Gustavus on April 28th is a Basketball Tournament.
