Today (Thursday) before 8 am the actual machine that wassolen was removed from the network. Another machine was put in it's place and is routing all requests that would have gone to solen to the proper location.

If people have problems with e-mail - it is most likely related to them having solen in their settings, rather than the correct setting. For help configuring Email settings, see the Configuring Your Email Client page.

If users have issues with home directories, make sure they are using home, rather than solen.
