Description
Alumni Hall will be set with the Gustavus Labyrinth, meditation cushions and yoga mats, soft music, candles, tea and water, and journal supplies. Reiki healers will be on hand to offer 10 to 15 minute healing sessions (Reiki is a form of relaxation and energy work from Japan) . Participants may also choose to speak with a Chaplain or other Spiritual/Prayer companion.
