Come back to campus and dive into an epic weekend of connection, fun, and serious resume-boosting skills during Reunion Weekend! Hundreds of alumni, from right here in St. Peter to literally across the globe, descend on campus for Reunion Weekend, May 29th - June 1st, 2025. It's a HUGE deal! And guess what? We need YOU to make it unforgettable.

Stop by our Recruitment Event from 5-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9 in the Courtyard Cafe to win prizes, try the latest Crumbl Cookie flavor, and learn about what it means to serve as a Reunion Weekend Student Ambassador from previous Ambassadors.

• Global Gustie Vibes: Connect with alumni who have been in your shoes and have incredible stories to share. Hear about their experiences on and off campus, and you can hone your networking skills, elevator pitch, and learn about what makes Gustavus special throughout a lifetime.
• Behind-the-Scenes Magic: Help troubleshoot and run the Reunion Weekend programming (3 days worth), everything from chill class dinners to Bingo to the outdoor concert. You'll be the MVP!
• Free Perks! We’re talking a sweet $200 stipend, free housing Thursday to Sunday, all your meals covered, and a slick Gustavus polo shirt to rock.
• Skill Up! Level up your event coordination, customer service, and teamwork skills. (Your resume will thank you)
• Campus Immersion: Get to experience Reunion Weekend from the inside out, and help show off our awesome campus.
• Dorm Life Flashback: help alumni relive their glory days!

What's the Gig?

• Help prep campus for the alumni takeover.
• Be the friendly face of Gustavus hospitality.
• Coordinate and run events that'll make alumni say, "Wow!"
• Required Virtual Training in May (evening).
