"Oath Betrayed: America's Torture Doctors" lecture based on research and book of Dr. Steven Miles, examining the complicity of medical personnel in the torture of Iraqi prisoners in "war on terror" prisons.

Dr. Steven Miles, MD. Miles is Professor of Medicine and Bioethics at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. He is an Affiliate Faculty for the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies and for the Law School's Concentration in Health Law and Bioethics.
