Description
Pilates is an exercise system which primarily focuses on increasing endurance and flexibility of the abdomen, lower back and hips. It is similiar to yoga since both are considered mind-body type methods of movement and both emphasize deep breathing and smooth, long movements that encourage the muscles to relax and strengthen. During this one-month session we will learn the essential movements and progress from there.
