Parking Permits for 2023-2024 School YearJune 20, 2023 at 9 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

August 2023 marks the end of our three-year green permit cycle, and all employees will need to register for new employee parking permits, which will be valid through 8/31/2026. 

Due to this changeover, we will not be handing out any employee parking stickers over the summer.

Online parking permit registration is available Monday, June 26 through Sunday, August 20 at

https://gustavus.edu/safety/permits

Employees will need their email username and password, along with the vehicle license plate, make, and color in order to complete the online form. There is no charge for employee parking permits. Physical permits will be sent to the employees' campus mailboxes the week of August 28.

Reminders of the online registration will go out each month in the summer. If you miss the online registration window, in-person registration will be available in the Campus Safety office starting August 28. During the academic year, there is no online registration and an employee will always need to register a vehicle in the Campus Safety office.

The College will be changing parking signage over the summer. Due to this, employee parking permit stickers will now be gold.

Permits are non-transferable and must be affixed to the outside of the back window, on the top right-hand side of each vehicle. A parking permit is required to park on campus. A vehicle is not registered until the appropriate sticker or permit is displayed correctly on the vehicle. Visitor parking is closed to students and employees at all times (24/7/365).
