Packeteer ChangesJanuary 21, 2004All day

Yesterday (1/20/04) some changes were made to the Packeteer (machine that shapes bandwidth) late in the day. Plug-ins were added for the following programs - Gnutella, Cisco DoS, Winny, and PeerEnabler.
