Rydell Professor Robert J. Lang, one of the foremost origami artists in the world, is currently co-teaching a January Interim Experience course titled "Mathematics and Origami" with Gustavus professor Barbara Knight Kaiser and Carolyn Dobler. He will present two public "folding" demonstrations. The Rydell Professorship is a scholar-in-residence program designed to bring Nobel laureates and similarly distinguished lecturers to the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College.
