In light of the events that occurred in Mankato surrounding the death of student Amanda Jax from overconsumption of alcohol, there will be an open discussion on how to deal with the issue of binge drinking by college students. Should the city regulate it? What is the liability to the server? How can we prevent such issues from arising? Come discuss these issues with Representative Terry Morrow, Senator Kathy Sheran, Mankato City Representatives and members of the Mankato bar community.
