Robert Francis, husband of Sandi Francis (education), died Saturday morning, March 18. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 21 at the Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home in Janesville and at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 22 at First Lutheran Church in St. Peter, followed by a 10:30 a.m. funeral service at the church.
