Announcement: Muslim Holiday, Eid al-Adha (Day of Sacrifice), Sept. 12

On Monday, September 12, Muslims will celebrate an important religious holiday, Eid al-Adha. In observance of this holiday, Muslims may attend morning prayers at a mosque and gather with family and friends for day and evening celebrations beginning on Sunday evening. We encourage members of the Gustavus community to be aware of this holiday, to make accommodations for Muslim employees and students if they request it, and to wish Muslim members of our community blessings of happiness and peace.
