Dr. Robbin Chapman is the Associate Provost and Academic Director of Diversity and Inclusion, and Lecturer in the Education Department at Wellesley College. She previously served as Manager of Diversity Recruitment and Assistant Associate Provost for Faculty Equity at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Robbin Chapman provides strategic leadership and vision for the College's diversity and inclusion efforts, and academic and faculty excellence initiatives. Dr. Chapman earned her S.M. degree at MIT's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
