MAYDAY! Peace Conference 2024 - Navigating Conflict: How do we communicate across differences and work toward peace?

The annual MAYDAY! Peace Conference is happening on Wednesday, May 1 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Cec Eckhoff Alumni Hall. The class schedule is modified so students, faculty, and staff can attend.

At a time when there is so much conflict -- in world events, national politics, and even in our personal lives -- how do we engage with others and find common ground? Join us for the 2024 MAYDAY! Peace Conference for a deep dive into peace-inspired strategies for navigating conflict and recognizing our shared humanity even when we disagree.

This MAYDAY! teach-in will be an opportunity to draw upon the expertise and insights of Gustavus faculty members from across the disciplines to examine this topic.

The event is free and open to the public. An archive video of the conference will be posted on the conference website after the event.
