Description
All student organizations must send a representative (preferably the treasurer or president) to one of these training sessions in order to be a recognized group. These hour-long meetings will cover the recognition and renewal processes, resources for student groups and advisors, marketing, and most importantly, financial information. This year, advisors are also invited to attend and will receive free buffet lunch if attending one of the 11:30 a.m. sessions. Faculty advisors should contact Dawn Fazio (x6227) to receive a lunch certificate; staff advisors will sign for their meal with the buffet cashier. The sessions will be held at 9 and 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17 and 11:30 a.m., 3 and 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18. No RSVP is required.
