Stress is reduced, blood pressure drops, your immune system is boosted and more. Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to give you the health benefits of hearty laughter. There will be no stretching poses or balancing. Come prepared to laugh and have a great time. Wear light, loose, comfy clothes.
