Description
Come join us on Saturday, Sept. 25th for a free lunch and interfaith dialogue.
A Sukkah is a three-sided structure that is put up to commemorate the Jewish holiday of Sukkot which this year runs from Sept. 20-27. Sukkot is a harvest holiday that connects the Jewish people with the natural environment. Many people from different religious backgrounds or origins have a spiritual connection with nature.
One of these people is Sabrina Mercedes, a Mexica, Mestiza, Aztec woman, who is coming to speak about her Native American connection to nature.
