Nicole Roberts Hoiland, Visiting Assistant Professor of Art and Art History, will present a free public gallery talk in the Hillstrom Museum of Art at 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 14, 2010, in connection with the current exhibition Voices: Contemporary Ceramic Art from Sweden. The exhibit features works by ten Swedish artists who are leading proponents of the dynamism and originality of contemporary ceramic art in Sweden. Hoiland has taught ceramics at Gustavus Adolphus College since 2007. The Voices exhibition will remain on view through November 7, 2010.
