"What's Next?"
This is the question on many of our minds as we consider some of the next steps of our lives: How do I build my network? How can I make professional advances? How do I become a member of a board? How can I bring together my career, passions, and interests? Gustavus Young Alumni would like to help you discover some possible answers to those questions at our first annual "What's Next Conference" on Sunday, April 17th from 10-2 at the American Swedish Institute.
The day will include a full brunch (complete with a Bloody Mary spread and beer chasers from Gustie-owned 'Bent Paddle Brewing Company') and will feature a keynote presentation by Mike Logan, a Gustie grad who was chosen as one of Minneapolis' "Top 40 under 40" in 2010, and current president of 'Twin Cities in Motion', the organization behind the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and other Twin Cities running events.
Following the keynote address, there will be a variety of breakout sessions ranging from personal finances to philanthropy, education to adventure. Come join us for a morning of helpful information, inspirational Gusties, and of course, brunch!
