Announcement: Guest lecture: 2010 eruption of Eyjafjallajokull on Monday, 10. January

On Monday, 10. January at 3:30 p.m. Dr. Erik Klemetti (Denison University) will be giving a talk entitled: Volcanoes, the Internet and the Public's Role in Science: How the 2010 eruption of Eyjafjallajokull was the first 21st century eruption

Erik is the author of the popular Eruptions blog (http://bigthink.com/blogs/eruptions) that provides a forum for both professional volcanologists and amateurs to comment, report on, and ask questions about current eruptions from around the world.
