Description
Join the bio245 conservation biology class as we discuss food and the environment. We will learn about a deepsea animal, the wreckfish, whose harvest prompted a biological mystery that was solved by economic and genetic surveying. We will also learn the unique economic solution towards creating an unusual situation: a marine species whose harvest creates jobs and perpetuates the species.
