Employee Resource Group (ERG) Information SessionDecember 16, 2021 at noon to 1 p.m.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion invites members of the Gustavus employee community to an Employee Resource Group (ERG) information session with Doug Thompson, Vice President for Equity and Inclusion on Thursday, December 16 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace that will reflect the core mission and values of Gustavus. All employees will be eligible to propose the creation of an ERG. Join to discuss ERGs, network with other employees, and explore what starting an ERG entails. The goal is to begin these ERGs in 2022! This event is open to faculty and staff.
