Oliver Wigmore, Geography Department at Ohio State University, is pioneering the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to document environmental change in high-elevation Andean watersheds. He will talk about his research, "Drones for Science? Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for Glacial Watershed Mapping in the Peruvian Andes." (Rescheduled from Thursday, May 7.)
