Description

Perry and the Poorboys, the internationally-renowned Christian music group, is coming to Gustavus Adolphus College, at 730 p.m. on March 26th in Alumni Hall. Everyone is invited to this free concert.

Perry and the Poorboys have played at the Alliance Music Festival and the Flevo Festival in Holland, Sonfest in Vancouver, Rock Summer in Estonia and TomFest in Washington State. They shared stages with Bob Geldoff, Michael W. Smith, Six Pence None the Richer, the Newsboys, PFR, the 77s, Owl City, and Carilyn Arends.

Perry and the Poorboys, now with eight albums to their credit, have gained an extensive international following. Their fourth album, "Poor is Better" (on vinyl), recorded in Estonia, sold more than 30,000 copies within days of its release, a significant achievement for an independent, unsigned band. Further success was found in their albums "No Fear in Love" and "Saturday Light".
