Jeremy has changed the layout of the Restricted Resources page. I think it is clearer and we tried to move the most useful links to the top of the page.
You will notice a link on the page call Restricted Network Access - this is the old and hopefully improved disabled port list. This is a complete (trying here) list of all the users who have had their ports turned off for any variety of reasons - viruses, spam, copyright violations etc. This list will also contain people who have had limitations put on their connection at the firewall. We will try and detail that information for you.
