It's not too late to sign up to participate in "Building an Ethical Economy," a national conference being webcast here at Gustavus. Faculty from the Economics and Management Department will facilitate discussion groups. The conference will be held Wed., Jan. 27, 4:30 - 8 p.m.; Thurs., Jan. 28, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.; Fri., Jan. 29, 8 a.m.- 4:15 p.m.

Keynote speakers will wrestle with questions like -- What is Wealth? Is Capitalism a Belief System? Are Theology & Economics two different worlds? What do we owe the future? An ethical economy is one that works toward the biblical idea of sufficiency for all, and it is resistant to exploitation. Register now! Cost is $25 and all are welcome (Gustavus students and staff, no charge).
